Delivery Charges
Delivery charges to addresses in the UK are currently free of charge. Outside the UK delivery will be charged at cost and can be advised on before placing your order if requested.
Standard Despatch
Goods will be despatched to reach UK customers within 5 working days from receipt of order.
Customers outside of UK will be advised on expected delivery times.
Although we quote goods will be despatched within 5 working days from receipt of order, we endeavour to send orders out on the next working day.
All deliveries must be signed for. If deliveries come back due to incorrect address details being given postage will be charged for resending.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund.
You are responsible for paying for the postage unless the item is faulty. We will refund the cost of postage on faulty items. All goods must be unused and and in prestine condition in original packaging with all tags. If the item is faulty we may offer a repair, exchange or a refund in accordance with your legal rights.
